Firstly, 500 Grand Avenue is a very well run office!! After seeing Dr. Bottigliere for the first & second time was a very unique experience. That's because I am NOT into bedside manners. But from his assistance's, who are also amazing, because they Listened and Heard what was happening to me and put it in the computer accurately! Dr. "B" actually read the computer, came into the examining room, asked some more questions relative to what he read and then started to exam me. Of course told me what & how he was going to do.
By the end of his exam, it's like we knew each other forever!
I am more than pleased with the whole process!
